The Steve Nystrup Trio

Smith Middle School's own Steve Nystrup along with his son (and GHS graduate) Aaron will be performing live in the dome.  The Steve Nystrup Trio has been performing the past several years in Glastonbury  and is a regular at clubs and stages around the state. The band, consisting of Steve on guitar and vocals, Maureen Wasik on vocals, and Aaron Nystrup on Bass Guitar, bring familiar songs, blues, pop, acoustic and originals to life with deep musical and family roots in the community. Steve who hails from Glastonbury, has four recordings available and has received recognition as the composer and music supervisor for the Emmy winning CPTV documentary, "The Amistad Legacy".
